## Description

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for part-time evening hours. As a BCBA with our team, you will design and implement individualised treatment plans for children with autism, working in a supportive environment that prioritises professional growth and work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments

- Design treatment plans of care

- Supervise and monitor the progress of behaviour technicians

- Develop positive behavioural treatment and skill acquisition plans

- Provide support during family conversations and ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations

- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries

Requirements:

- Valid BCBA certificate

- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities

- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
