## Description

Diageo is seeking a Bundaberg Maturation Manager to lead the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of Bundaberg Rum's maturation, blending, and bulk liquid preparation processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Leading the safe and compliant operation of maturation, blending, and liquid handling activities

- Managing the execution of maturation plans to deliver the right aged rum volumes and profiles

- Protecting the quality, sensory profile, and consistency of Bundaberg Rum

- Coordinating blending preparation, ingredient additions, quality checks, and bulk liquid dispatch

- Partnering with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Site Operations to optimise tank capacity, inventory availability, asset reliability, and operational performance

- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, loss reduction, inventory accuracy, traceability, asset utilisation, and operational efficiency

- Leading and mentoring the maturation team

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in maturation, blending, beverage alcohol, food manufacturing, or another process manufacturing environment

- Proven experience leading people in a process manufacturing environment

- Sound understanding of liquid handling, process operations, quality systems, and safe manufacturing practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
