## Description

We are seeking a passionate, accomplished, and empathetic Early Years Practitioner to join Bowlers Community Nursery in Islington. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a happy and loving early-years environment, with an emphasis on fun, learning, and growth.

The nursery caters for 30 children aged between three months and four years and is located in pleasant, leafy surroundings close to a nature reserve. Bowlers was recently ranked as 'Good' by Ofsted and prides itself on prioritizing the personal, emotional, and social development of its children.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality care and education to children

- Work as part of a team to create a stimulating and engaging environment

- Forge strong bonds with parents and the local community

- Act as a role model within every aspect of the team

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum

- Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (or willingness to achieve)

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

- High degree of integrity and empathy when dealing with children

- Excellent ability to work as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload
