## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing full scope of day-to-day Production Support service, including resolution of live incidents and post-resolution problem management activities.

Responsibilities:

- Provide workarounds/resolutions with active participation in crisis calls

- Technical expertise in finding root cause of major system problems

- Participate and contribute to implementing automations/new production support concepts in the team

- Ensure use of best practices is followed by complying with Group Compliance Policy

- Create batch plans and support weekend releases

- Raise production change orders and support various testing activities

- Review, design, and re-engineer processes with new technologies to improve performance

- Provide 24/7 production support for Global Disbursement application

- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential issues

- Respond to Incident promptly and conduct Root Cause Analysis

- Manage job schedulers, resolve batch failures, and ensure timely transaction processing

- Act as a primary point of contact for escalation

- Maintain and improve monitoring tools and dashboards

- Document troubleshooting steps and resolution procedures

- Participate in production patching and deployment activities

- Own and drive the end-to-end incident management process for Production systems

- Host and conduct Crisis calls to manage incidents effectively

- Manage communication during live incidents or outage

- Work on Service Improvement Initiatives

Requirements:

- Strong analytical skills/Troubleshooting/debugging Java code, Spring boot, SQL, Unix/Linux command and Stored Procedures

- Hands-on experience on tools like App D / Splunk / Control-M /Ansible / JIRA

- Experience of high frequency change, specifically adoption, engineering, and execution of automated CICD pipelines

- Understanding of Unix and Shell scripting

- Experience in Agile/ DevOps environment and in assisting in production support

- Good communication skills and be able to efficiently communicate in production/crisis calls

- Understanding of customers' needs and delivering excellent customer service

- Good to have Experience in Payments domain and on SWIFT messaging standards
