The Grab Financial Group Lending team builds and grows lending businesses that help consumers, drivers, and merchants access relevant financial solutions across the Grab ecosystem.

As Assistant Manager, Lending Commercial, you will support the strategic planning and commercial growth of multiple lending business lines in the Philippines.

**Growth Strategy and Performance Management**

- Develop strategic plans to grow key business metrics across core commercial pillars and new product offerings.

- Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, use cases, distribution channels, partnerships, pricing, and customer value propositions.

- Translate business goals into measurable initiatives, operating plans, business cases, and execution roadmaps.

- Monitor business performance, identify key drivers and gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

**Consumer Growth Initiatives**

- Support the launch and growth of consumer financing solutions across digital payments and ecosystem use cases.

- Work with Commercial, Marketing Communications, Product, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to increase awareness, adoption, usability, and repeat usage.

**Partner and Asset Financing**

- Support the development and growth of commercial financing solutions for drivers, vehicle owners, and fleet operators.

- Partner with Fleet management team, Commercial, Risk, Operations, Product, and external stakeholders to develop scalable operating models.

**Commercial and Business Financing**

- Develop initiatives to improve financing adoption across various merchant and business partner segments.

- Work with Key Account Managers and other Commercial teams to identify and convert suitable business financing opportunities.

**Digital Services and Ecosystem Growth**

- Support the growth of digital ecosystem products and transactional services to expand customer engagement.

- Build go-to-market and customer growth plans for new and existing digital service offerings.

**Cross-Functional Execution and Business Operations**

- Coordinate multiple workstreams across Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Fleet, Commercial, and Technology teams.

- Establish clear milestones, ownership, dependencies, and success metrics for strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- At least 5 years of experience in strategy, commercial management, business operations, product growth, financial services, fintech, consumer technology, or a related field.

- Experience developing and executing growth strategies, business plans, or commercial initiatives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
