## Description

We're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Team Rehab, you'll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. You'll provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes, educating patients on treatment options and home exercises to complement their clinical sessions.

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent healthcare for our patients, ensuring they achieve good outcomes and are happy with their experience of physical therapy.

- Evaluate new patients, understanding their current medical and emotional situations, and develop plans of care.

- Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals, addressing pain management as a crucial component of care.

- Supervise aides when providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and assist with general setup and cleanup duties.

- Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals as needed to ensure the best possible outcome.

- Determine when to discharge patients, teaching them proper mechanics, ergonomics, and strategies to reduce future incidents.

- Write timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.

- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, depending on the number of referrals and the type of patient presenting.

- Participate in research studies supported by the clinic and help develop protocols for common diagnoses.

- Contribute to policy, procedure, and strategy development to ensure high-quality care across all Team Rehabilitation clinics.

- Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Continuously develop skills by staying updated in the latest research and techniques, attending company in-house CEUs and using the continuing education allowance to attend seminars, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

### Required
- Physical Therapy License
- Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy License
