## Description

Responsibilities:

- Improve customer experience at the branch through attention in the specialized module, focusing on their needs for service, advice, promotion, and sale of products to Clients.

- Correctly refer customers to the platform or window for special operations through the operation of the turn system, as well as the migration to digital channels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance (current or completed).

- At least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the financial sector.

- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
