## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Gateway M40 Banbury as a Christmas Customer Assistant. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering five-star service while maintaining impeccable food safety standards.

Your tasks will include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Using digital tools to take and fulfil orders efficiently

- Maintaining food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and business requirements

This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including Sundays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
