## Description

We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Inbound (Stocking) to join our team at Target.

As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs.

Your typical day will include:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product

- Making changes to sales floor merchandise displays

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including cleaning and attending to spills

- Accurately executing all fills and organizing reserve product

- Processing inbound deliveries and completing backroom daily and weekly audits

- Operating powered equipment to move merchandise, if certified

- Maintaining backroom organization and location accuracy

- Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
