## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Barcelona Airport.

As a Beauty Expert, you will work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs. You will be a team player, building strong relationships with colleagues and management, and promoting high-quality artistic talent and exceptional customer experiences. You will be an ambassador for the Charlotte Tilbury brand, sharing your knowledge with customers and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs

- Build strong relationships with team members and management

- Provide high-quality artistic talent and exceptional customer experiences

- Adapt approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to achieve success

- Follow company standards for personal image

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment, such as beauty, retail, or FMCG

- Experience in makeup application and ability to adapt style to different customers

- Positive attitude and unlimited thinking

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early and late turns
