As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing Red Bull and ensuring all activities reflect the brand's premium values. **Responsibilities:** - Act as an active ambassador for Red Bull, demonstrating a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach - Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, consumers, and relevant industry stakeholders - Own the annual On Premise Marketing business plan and budget, aligning local initiatives with global guidelines and Egypt market priorities - Develop marketing tools, POS solutions, and activation toolkits that enable effective execution and consistent brand standards across the market - Monitor execution quality, assess initiative effectiveness, and use insights to continuously improve performance - Build and maintain a strong network with venue owners, decision-makers, bar staff, influencers, event organisers, and other industry partners - Develop performance-driving concepts that strengthen Red Bull's share of mind within the industry and support increased consumption and sales-out - Lead the development and coordination of tailored installations and industry initiatives, working closely with field teams and Key Account Managers - Develop impactful consumer initiatives that attract consumers, build consumption habits, and elevate the Red Bull brand in the On Premise environment - Adapt and integrate national brand campaigns into On Premise occasions, venues, and activations - Lead the planning and delivery of relevant consumer-facing events and experiences, ensuring strong execution and evaluation - Partner with On Premise Key Account Managers to identify priority customers and opportunities to grow Red Bull's brand and business - Contribute to the development and execution of annual joint business plans, integrating relevant consumer, industry, and trade marketing initiatives - Train, coach, and develop On Premise field teams on marketing concepts, tools, and execution standards - Work cross-functionally with Regional On Premise Managers, Musketeers, Key Account Managers, Brand Marketing, Sales, and external partners to deliver aligned initiatives - Manage agencies and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables meet agreed objectives **Requirements:** - At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience; On Premise, FMCG, beverage, or hospitality experience is an advantage - Proven experience managing a team, including setting priorities, coaching, and developing team members, and driving accountability for performance - Experience managing budgets, agencies, suppliers, and multiple projects from planning through execution - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial acumen - Strong planning, prioritisation, organisational, and analytical skills, including the ability to use consumer, customer, and sales data - Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills - Self-motivated and comfortable in a high-energy, field-based environment, with flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends when required - Proficiency in MS Office and relevant digital tools; strong English communication skills ## Skills ### Required - marketing - team management - budgeting - strategic thinking - creativity - commercial acumen - analytical skills - communication - negotiation - stakeholder management - presentation ### Nice to have - On Premise marketing - FMCG - beverage - hospitality - MS Office - English --- Source: [Apply at jobs.redbull.com](https://jobs.redbull.com/en/on-premise-marketing-manager-ref35023r?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply)
