## Description

Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Software Application Test Lead working full-time on-site at Scott Air Force Base. As a Software Application Test Lead, you will be responsible for software testing services, completion, and decisions at the program level. You will join an agile cross-functional team that supports your skill development and successful software delivery.

**Responsibilities:**

- Verification and validation of software via automated and manual functional and non-functional testing

- Test case configuration, creation, maintenance, and execution

- Defect reporting, triage, and confirmation

- Test cycle planning, monitoring, and reporting for software releases

- Internal and external stakeholder communication of software and testing status

- Lead adoption of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., training, tools, processes)

- Mentorship, training, and support of mid-level and entry-level testers

- Program test strategy and architecture

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree

- Active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher

- 5+ years of software testing experience

- 3+ Automated testing and scripting experience

- 3+ Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience
