## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Legal Counsel to support our Servus Media Legal Team in Wals, Salzburg, Austria.

As an Assistant Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for assisting our legal team with various tasks, including administration and organization, contract management, rights management, and research.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the legal team with administrative tasks such as document management, contract formatting, and presentation preparation

- Assisting with contract management, including maintaining electronic contract files, organizing signature workflows, and creating contract summaries

- Contributing to rights management, including managing and updating rights information, checking usage permissions, and recording relevant rights in systems

- Conducting legal research on media and copyright law topics

Requirements:

- Completed commercial training (HAK/HBLA-Matura, apprenticeship) or university degree

- At least 3 years of experience as a team assistant or similar role in an international environment

- Excellent German and English language skills

- Proficient in MS Office and data management systems

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks effectively
