## Description

We are seeking a Lead, Agent and Client Events to design and execute end-to-end agent and client seminars and events.

Responsibilities:

- Design and execute agent and client seminars and events, including project management, poster design and communication, and follow-up on payments

- Coordinate and communicate with event stakeholders, including external speakers, professional partners, internal key parties, and agents

- Follow through with post-event evaluation, analysis, or continuation into other business development activities

- Demonstrate understanding of business needs to propose appropriate Learning and Development and Client events suitable for different agency segments

- Coordinate and populate Event Calendar and planning

- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned related to business development scope

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, Marketing, Wealth Management, or related discipline

- 5+ years of experience in event and project management

- PC skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Chinese character typing

- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Proactive, mature, initiative, and customer service-oriented

- Strong communications skills with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin
