We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will be part of a sales force of specialised consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

**Hourly Rate**: $17.50 USD per hour

**Responsibilities** As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you will:

- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store

- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement

- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

**Requirements** To be successful in this role, you should:

- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members

- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs

- Be able to work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

**Physical Demands**

- Accurately handle cash register operations

- Climb up and down ladders

- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds

- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
