## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Female Physiotherapy Coordinator to join our team at Red Bull Bragantino. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of physiotherapists, developing and implementing injury prevention and treatment programs for our female athletes.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct physical evaluations of athletes to identify potential injury risks

- Develop and implement individualized training programs to reduce injury risk

- Analyze data to identify risk factors for specific injuries and create interventions

- Evaluate and treat athletes in the physiotherapy department

- Create treatment plans and document interventions

- Organize materials and resources for travel and games

- Coordinate with medical staff and other teams to ensure effective care

- Manage resources and budget for the physiotherapy department

- Foster a culture of education and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sports physiotherapy

- Experience in leadership or coordination roles

- Postgraduate degree in sports physiotherapy or specialist certification from SONAFE

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

- Advanced or intermediate English language skills
