## Description

Turn complexity into clarity and deliver innovative applications as a Project Manager - Scrum Master supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) on a large, complex Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) contract.

You will foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment focused on delivering high-value solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving effective sprint execution by ensuring clear priorities, strong team alignment, and disciplined Agile practices

- Enhancing transparency and accountability through accurate documentation of sprint plans, release plans, team agreements, and retrospectives

- Strengthening communication between stakeholders, product management, and development teams to ensure shared understanding and successful outcomes

- Proactively resolving conflicts and escalating issues appropriately to maintain delivery momentum

- Empowering teams to take collective ownership of committed work across analysis, development, testing, and documentation

- Improving delivery predictability by tracking team capacity and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decisions

- Supporting organizational Agile maturity by coaching teams and reinforcing SAFe principles and continuous improvement practices

To succeed, you will need:

- Education: BA/BS in a related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience

- 1+ years of related experience

- Experience with Scrum Master/Agile/Kanban; Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools; SharePoint, MS Office (including MS Project)

- Good teamwork and communication skills with all levels of staff
