## Description

Sodexo is seeking a Relief Village Manager to oversee and manage village operations across various remote sites in Western Australia. As a Relief Village Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful running of village operations, managing multiple departments including housekeeping, catering, building & maintenance, and administration.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and operate computerized accommodation packages, ensuring optimum cleaning standards

- Champion food safety and OHS compliance across the site

- Drive the site's safety culture, ensuring hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety meetings are embedded in daily operations

- Lead incident and non-conformance reporting, investigation, and follow-up

- Take ownership of financial performance, including P&L accountability, labour cost control, and budget delivery

- Oversee WasteWatch/LeanPath compliance, ensuring accurate recording of food waste

- Identify training needs and deliver training packages

- Conduct performance reviews, mentor direct reports, and support team development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives

- Maintain company vehicles, plant, and equipment in safe condition

Requirements:

- Current manual driver's license

- Experience managing diverse teams

- Client and consumer-centric approach to service

- Financial acumen and implementing cost-saving initiatives

- Strong people management skills, with a focus on teams and culture

- Familiarity with HACCP compliance and remote site HSE requirements
