## Description

As a Solutions Engineer at Cisco, you will join a team dedicated to being the voice of Cisco's technology with customers and partners.

You will own the technical relationship with customers and partners, serving as the primary influencer in their technology decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as a trusted technical advisor to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements

- Leading the design and presentation of tailored solutions

- Driving revenue growth by identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities

- Maintaining rigorous sales process standards

- Providing active feedback to Business Entities and sales teams

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of related experience, OR Master's degree + 3 years of related experience, OR PhD + 0 years of related experience

- Proven expertise in technical solution design

- Demonstrated history of managing complex sales cycles

- In-depth knowledge of core architectures (Networking, Security, Observability, or Collaboration)

- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to executive-level stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

- Expertise in analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes

- Strong experience in coordinating cross-functional teams

- Demonstrated ability to contribute to demand generation campaigns

- Ability to adapt technical sales workflows rapidly

- Advanced proficiency in consultative selling methodologies
