## Description

You'll build and scale Everlaw's partner enablement engine, turning newly signed partners into technically and operationally capable allies.

Responsibilities:

- Own the post-signature partner onboarding and readiness journey, coordinating cross-functionally with multiple teams.

- Build structured readiness tracks tailored to distinct partner types.

- Guide partners through operational transaction steps.

- Serve as a practical, trusted advisor to partner teams.

- Track onboarding milestones and identify recurring operational or technical friction.

Requirements:

- At least 8+ years of experience in partner onboarding, technical customer success, or partner success in B2B technology.

- Experience guiding external organizations through complex software platforms.

- Clear, practical communication skills.

- Excel at cross-functional coordination.

- Diagnostic approach to problem-solving.

Bonus points:

- Experience in legal technology, litigation support, or regulated B2B software environments.

- Experience onboarding service providers, system integrators, MSPs, or reseller partners.

The expected salary range for this role is between $183,000 and $231,000.
