## Description

We are seeking a Press Operator for the afternoon shift.

The successful candidate will operate a press and associated equipment, perform quality control inspections, and complete production reports.

The role involves operating the press and a blank loaded feeder, overhead crane for tool changes and blank loading, and completing die changes.

You will also carry out quality control inspections on all stamped parts produced, record findings, and tag containers with bar code labels.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Completing production reports and last off reports

- Separating line accumulation defects and tagging as per the DMN procedure

- Changing lot code numbers as required

- Maintaining a clean and safe working area

- Reporting abnormalities or unsafe conditions

- Following departmental and general procedures

- Performing other duties as assigned

- Abiding by company safety rules, responsibilities, policies, and procedures

- Working in compliance with Environment and ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards

- Adopting and practicing Kaizen principles and participating in Kaizen and GEAR activities

The total cash compensation range for this position is $20.50 - $30.59 per hour.
