## Description

We are seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Manager to oversee the entire supply chain operation in Turkey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing capacities and resources required for material flows, ensuring accurate reporting across all distribution processes, and providing full transparency and traceability throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing third-party logistics providers and ensuring compliance with SLA's, contractual obligations, and KPI's

- Leading customs clearance activities and managing 3rd party customs brokers

- Budget planning and cost monitoring

- Implementing cost-saving programs

- Managing logistics tenders and benchmarking activities

- Ensuring accuracy of stocks and product age with regular stock reconciliations

- Providing overall customer support

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Planning, Procurement activities, and disciplines in a multinational environment

- Deep understanding of the logistics market and its players

- Strong negotiation and project management skills

- Experience in change management projects and process orientation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good skills in MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools (PowerBI, SAC)

- Knowledge of SAP Hana (MM, SD modules) and SAP APO and BI-BW
