## Description

As a HUB Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will be part of a fast-growing company that provides a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform for SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants.

You will work together as a team to deliver an incredible experience for customers every day. Your role involves receiving, picking, packing, and other duties as required. In receiving, you will accept customers' new inventory, communicate arrivals and exceptions, and ensure inventory is put away and accepted into the system.

In picking, you will be responsible for delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately. As part of the packing team, you will ensure the quality of each shipment, pack items correctly, and work with the picking team to guarantee perfect shipments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Receiving: accepting and processing new inventory

- Picking: delivering products quickly and accurately

- Packing: ensuring quality and correct packing of shipments

- Other duties: assisting in other areas as needed

You will also be responsible for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction

- Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hr shift

- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently

- Willingness to help out in other departments as needed

- Detail-oriented and able to adapt to change quickly

- Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities
