## Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Raptor STA Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Ford Racing program, you will be responsible for leading the STA program and launch for the Raptor programs. You will assist the Ford Racing program management team with APQP/PPAP status on Raptor programs, utilize standard Ford Motor Company STA tools to vet and develop new suppliers and technologies, and collaborate with suppliers and Ford Racing Engineering during development and validation phases.

Key responsibilities include:

- Being the STA Program and Launch Leader for the Raptor Programs

- Assisting the Ford Racing program management team with APQP/PPAP status on Raptor programs

- Using standard Ford Motor Company STA tools to vet and develop new suppliers and technologies for potential addition to SVTNA

- Collaborating with suppliers and Ford Racing Engineering during development and validation phase to ensure Design Failure Mode execution for each engineering gateway

- Utilizing standard STA tools to deliver robust supplier performance across a wide range of commodities and their manufacturing processes
