## Description

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist / Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team in Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely payroll processing of individual Red Bull companies in Austria. You will manage personnel master data, serve as a point of contact for our managers and employees on payroll-related issues, and maintain relationships with authorities and offices.

Key areas of responsibility:

- Payroll processing: You will be responsible for conducting payroll processing for individual Red Bull subsidiaries in Austria.

- Personnel administration: You will assist with personnel administration tasks such as creating employment contracts, generating reports and statistics, and maintaining master data.

- Business partner: You will serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees in your area of responsibility on payroll-related issues and work closely with the talent acquisition and business partner teams.

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in payroll, preferably in an international company

- Completed commercial academy, HLW, HAS or comparable education, preferably with a payroll certification

- Sound knowledge of Austrian labour and social law

- Excellent MS Office skills, SAP skills are an advantage

- A meticulous, responsible, and service-oriented work style
