## Job Responsibilities

As a Branding/Retail Graphic Designer, you will combine creative design skills with strategic understanding of branding and retail to create cohesive brand experiences.

Responsibilities include:

- Developing marketing communications for retail and social media channels

- Handling 2D graphic design aspects for your role

- Collaborating with stakeholders to create materials like POSMs, flyers, brochures, signages, logo designs, and presentations

- Ensuring all executions conform to the brand's style guide

- Designing and maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms

- Exchanging ideas with global and regional team members

## Pre-Requisites

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of design experience

- Experience in graphic design, branding, or retail design with a strong portfolio

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team

- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools

- Exceptional visual flair and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)

- Understanding of CMYK and RGB color profiles

- Knowledge of file preparation for various formats

- Current knowledge of design trends and techniques

- Online portfolio required

- Based in Ho Chi Minh city
