## Description

The Style Team Leader role at Target involves leading a team of consultants to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales growth.

The starting pay range for this position per hour is $22.00 - $24.00, with a full pay range of $22.00 - $37.40 per hour.

As a Style Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience

- Ensuring every team member understands and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and operations

- Providing feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance

- Reviewing area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

- Leading a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate about Apparel & Accessories

- Demonstrating a safety culture and leading a culture of executing all best practices

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail experience, although not required

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks independently

- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards all guests and team members
