As a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will work directly with Fin's biggest customers to deploy and optimize their use of Fin's AI-powered customer support solutions.

**What's the opportunity?** In AI, proximity to customer reality is crucial. As a Forward Deployed Product Manager, you will be responsible for understanding customers' businesses, support operations, and technical environments to ensure successful deployments of Fin's solutions.

**What will I be doing?**

- Own outcomes for a portfolio of strategic customers deploying Fin

- Run the full deployment process, from pitching and demoing Fin to configuring and integrating the solution

- Be the AI expert in the room, educating customers on how to get outstanding results from Fin

- Partner with Sales, Success, and R&D to ensure seamless deployments

- Turn learnings from the field into product improvements

- Build the playbook for future deployments

**What skills do I need?**

- Customer obsession with a bias for action

- Strong communication and storytelling skills

- Technical fluency, including modern tech stacks and AI models

- Evidence-based thinking and data analysis

- Cross-functional influence and comfort with ambiguity
