## Description

We are seeking a Retail Artist to join our team at Brown Thomas Blanchardstown. As a Retail Artist, you will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be. You will be a team player, understanding your impact and how vital your role is, adapting to change at the last minute, and supporting your managers and colleagues.

You will champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, serving as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador. You will pass on your knowledge to customers, recreate the magic of Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks, and offer advice and guidance. You will pride yourself on knowing your customers return to you.

Ideally, you will have experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. You will aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen and continues to grow. You will love all things Charlotte Tilbury and be eager to spread the word.
