## Description

We are seeking an Actuarial Modelling Lead to join our Modelling team within the Aviva Services Excellence Centre. You will lead multi-disciplinary modelling squads across the UK, Poland, and India to deliver high-impact change across valuation, capital, and reporting models.

Responsibilities:

- Lead multi-disciplinary modelling squads to deliver high-impact change

- Set modelling approach and standards, ensuring robustness and reproducibility

- Own the roadmap and backlog for priority initiatives

- Partner with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Change, and Technology

- Coach and develop people, creating a supportive and inclusive environment

Requirements:

- Deep knowledge of actuarial modelling

- Proven leadership of teams across geographies

- Ability to shape direction and deliver through others

- Strong stakeholder skills

- Continuous-improvement mindset with high standards on controls and documentation

- Familiarity with modern tooling and practices in model engineering
