## Description

We are seeking a talented New Business Manager to join our team at our Turin branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Developing new business opportunities in the territory, focusing on the Corporate segment

- Identifying and profiling strategic prospects, analysing their needs and potential areas of intervention

- Preparing presentations and commercial proposals to support business development

- Collaborating with technical and placement teams to prepare offers and commercial proposals

- Monitoring commercial activity progress

- Actively contributing to achieving growth and customer portfolio development targets

The ideal candidate will have:

- A bachelor's degree in Economics, Law, or related fields

- Consolidated experience in business development within insurance brokers, insurance companies, or consulting firms focused on the Corporate segment

- Proven experience in acquiring and developing new clients

- Strong commercial, relational, and negotiation skills

- A result-oriented approach and goal achievement focus

- Proactive approach, operational autonomy, and entrepreneurial spirit

- Good written and spoken English skills

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
