## Job Overview

As an internal security officer at Helsing Germany GmbH in Munich, you will contribute to ensuring the comprehensive physical security of our locations. You will monitor our security infrastructure, coordinate responses to security incidents, and support the secure handling of confidential materials.

## Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain the reliability of our security infrastructure, including video surveillance, alarm systems, and access control systems.

- Identify and assess security risks and incidents, initiate suitable measures, and coordinate with police, fire brigade, and emergency services as needed.

- Manage secure access to our locations and sensitive areas, including visitor management, external service providers, and administration of keys and access media.

- Support the secure handling of confidential materials and compliance with our security and secrecy requirements.

- Observe relevant security and threat situations and inform internal teams about security-related developments.

- Document security incidents and operational measures transparently and ensure structured handover and communication.

- Provide support during special security situations and events with increased protection needs and serve as a contact point for employees via our internal emergency hotline.

## Requirements

- Proven practical experience in object protection, works protection, security services, or a comparable security-critical environment;

- Experience in handling and coordinating security incidents;

- Good technical understanding and ability to operate security, alarm, and access control systems safely and perform initial error analyses in case of malfunctions;

- Very good German and good English language skills, enabling secure communication with national and international service providers and internal teams;

- Interest in handling confidential materials and protected information;

- Ability to make quick, composed, and reliable decisions under time pressure and in emergency situations;

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the field of physical security.

## Nice to Have

- Recognised qualifications or certifications in object protection, physical security, or crisis management;

- Professional experience in the defence, intelligence, authority, or security-critical technology environment;

- Experience with modern hazard detection, video surveillance, and alarm management systems.
