## Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Connected Warfare division builds systems to support global command and control missions. We create joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, ubiquitous, connected mesh ecosystems.

The Mission Operations (MOPs) team is responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of our customer accounts. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams, our Mission Operations Engineers own the customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products in support of their missions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide post-sales support for Anduril Voyager products.

- Provide technical support and training to both internal and external customers with Voyager systems.

- Resolve technical problems in a help desk environment and at customers' locations.

- Work with product teams to quickly address issues on behalf of customers.

- Provide virtual and on-site technical support and training to customers on their Anduril Voyager solutions.

- Evaluate existing customer solutions and recommend upgrades.

- Ensure day-to-day operations of NOC and training technology infrastructure.

- Provide assistance to customers remotely and on-site to resolve issues.

- Provide technical escalation support to Tier 1 staff.

- Assist in the maintenance of the test lab environment.

- Document knowledge in the form of technical papers.

- Maintain log and traceability of System Configurations delivered to customers.

- Create systems documentation such as training, operations, installation, and maintenance manuals.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in program management and product deployment roles.

- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Understanding of U.S. and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments.

- Experience translating and decomposing highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.

- Strong aptitude for problem-solving in unstructured situations.

- Willing to travel as necessary (25-50%).

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in Defense Technology Product/Program Management, Solutions Architect, or Customer Success type roles.

- Experience with DoD networks, software, SATCOM, and radios.

- Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles.

**Salary Range:** $129,000-$161,000 USD
