## Description

We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Hamburg. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing CRM processes in sales, marketing, and service. You will also be involved in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and deriving data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and optimize CRM processes in sales, marketing, and service

- Monitor, report, and analyze KPIs and derive data-driven recommendations

- Contribute to the system conversion from C@P to Salesforce

- Create work instructions and documentation to ensure process and processing standards

- Support database maintenance (data quality, duplicate management, address changes, and categorization)

- Process customer inquiries and assign them to responsible sales consultants

- Onboard and train CRM users in daily operations

- Communicate and coordinate with various departments and external service providers

Requirements:

- Completed studies in business or economics, or a comparable qualification

- Relevant experience in CRM, very good knowledge of C@P/Salesforce/OVA, and safe handling of MS Office and database systems

- Affinity for automotive systems (PVA, C@P, IPL, VVS, CROSS) and enthusiasm for the Porsche brand

- Analytical and strategic thinking, high communication skills, sovereign and brand-adequate appearance, and responsible handling of sensitive data

- Precise, structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative and reliability

- Fluent German and good English language skills

- Driver's license class B
