## Description

Capital One is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management-Payments Intelligence to lead the Payments Intelligence team (PINT) in building payment capabilities that let customers safely pay any way they want, while ensuring they continue to engage with Capital One directly.

The PINT team supports the mission of the Emerging Payments team by using transaction data to power unique experiences that improve consumer engagement. The team is highly engaged and has a strong team identity across product, tech, and data science.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership with a strategic focus, building long-term destination-backed thinking in partnership with lines of business

- Raise the product management bar across the wider Emerging Payments team

- Steer the platform's development to achieve the greatest impact on outcomes for internal users and end customers

- Collaborate closely with technology, data science, strategy, risk, and business teams to deliver immediate value while advancing long-term goals

The ideal candidate will have:

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- Experience with agentic commerce and payments

The salary range for this role is:

- McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 per year

- New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 per year
