## Description

We are seeking a Security Shift Leader to join our team at Cotswold Designer Outlet. As a Security Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of all Soft Services on shift, including security, housekeeping, and Guest Services.

The role involves acting as the on-shift operational lead, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across the site. You will report to the Shared Services Manager, who retains overall responsibility for the Soft Services function.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering all Soft Services operations on shift in line with standards and direction set by the Shared Services Manager

- Taking full responsibility for the management and performance of security, housekeeping, and Guest Services teams on shift

- Acting as the primary decision maker on shift for Soft Services matters

- Managing and resolving day-to-day operational issues

- Coaching and mentoring team members

- Monitoring attendance and timekeeping

- Supporting recruitment activity

- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and professional working environment

- Overseeing the implementation of the Emergency Response Plan

- Maintaining accurate records

- Ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company policies

- Acting as an ambassador for the site

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a security officer or security leadership role with housekeeping and security experience

- Valid SIA licence

- Strong communication skills

- Confident using systems and software relevant to site operations

- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to lead, motivate, and positively influence teams

- Professional, approachable, and able to deal with people at all levels

- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
