## Description

RBC Dominion Securities is seeking an Investment Associate to join their team in Oakville. As an Investment Associate, you will provide ongoing service and support to clients and the Advisor team, helping to deepen existing relationships and welcome new clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research on markets and investments, providing regular updates to the advisory team

- Review portfolios regularly and rebalance them with guidance from the advisory team

- Make recommendations for changes, switches, and track positions held

- Follow up on orders to ensure proper settlement and delivery

- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Manage incoming communications from clients, Advisors, and internal and external partners

- Ensure client files and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant

Requirements:

- Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE)

- Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite

- High-quality time management and organization skills

- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice-to-haves:

- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures

- Experience in the securities industry
