## Description

We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to assist the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, PVH Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and oversee management reporting for the Asia Pacific region.

**Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job**

- Financial Planning and Analysis:

+ Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual financial results   + Analyze key performance indicators to measure business and operation performance   + Manage financial modeling and productivity analysis   + Work closely with IT/Data team on dashboard reports   + Support ad-hoc analysis required for business

- Budgeting/Forecasting and Strategy Plan:

+ Work closely with senior business partners for forecast development   + Review regional roll-up of forecast/budget/strategy plan   + Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance

- Business Partnering:

+ Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders   + Participate in cross-functional meetings   + Advise on financial implications of business decisions   + Help translate business goals into financial targets and KPIs

- Optimization and System Implementation:

+ Drive operating efficiency and process enhancement   + Oversee implementation of financial-related systems   + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data   + Develop standard procedures and guidelines

**Qualifications & Experience**

- Advanced knowledge and skills - typically 8-15 years of related experience

- Bachelor's degree required

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations

- Strong project and time management skills

- Influential and effective communicator

- Strong financial system knowledge and Excel/PowerPoint competence

- Fluent in English, with Mandarin and Cantonese language skills preferred
