## Description

We are seeking a Property and Rights Manager to join our Asset Portfolio team at Vattenfall Eldistribution AB. As a Property and Rights Manager, you will be responsible for managing our extensive property portfolio, ensuring we have the necessary land and rights to operate and develop our electricity network.

Your main tasks will include:

- Managing and developing Vattenfall Eldistribution's land access through property management and land leases, including purchases, sales, regulation, and establishment of agreements

- Driving and handling land- and property-related cases of varying complexity

- Providing specialist support to the business on property law issues

We are looking for someone with a degree in a field such as construction, urban planning, land surveying, or property law, and several years of experience in property management and administration. You must have knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Swedish Land Code and Environmental Code, and excellent Swedish language skills.
