## Description

We are seeking a Senior High-Speed IO (HSIO) Validation Engineer to join our team. As a Senior HSIO Validation Engineer, you will own the HSIO validation of products from start to finish, including test plan development, automation, design for validation requirements, resource planning, coverage metrics, test execution, bug resolution, and release to production.

You will coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure our products' HSIO subsystem is specification compliant and tuned for optimal workload performance. You will also assist in the bring-up of new hardware, solve tough system and board level issues, participate in reviewing board schematics and PCB layouts, and make design and component suggestions.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in HSIO validation, in-depth understanding of HSIO protocols such as PCIe, NVLink, and Ethernet, and experience with lab equipment like logic and protocol analyzers.
