## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. You'll work early mornings, specifically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 20:00 to 07:00.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and ensure customers feel valued. You'll be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service

- Maintaining knowledge of M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

This is a part-time, temporary role for Christmas, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
