## Description

In the Experience Mission, we design Spotify's consumer experience,end to end, moment to moment, across every screen, platform, and partner integration. Our mission is to show up wherever people are being social , across the platforms, surfaces, and moments where they're already expressing themselves and connecting with others , and make it effortless to bring audio into those moments.

This role is part of the PPX team, which owns Spotify's sharing surfaces and off-platform social presence. As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end vision and roadmap for how Spotify content is shared, discovered, and amplified across platforms. You will shape the strategy for sharing, from core sharing functionality to new social formats, collaborative features, and growth loops.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the end-to-end vision and roadmap for how Spotify content is shared, discovered, and amplified across platforms

- Shaping the strategy for sharing, from core sharing functionality to new social formats, collaborative features, and growth loops

- Exploring how emerging platforms and evolving user behaviors influence sharing, especially across Gen Z and global audiences

- Identifying opportunities to position Spotify at the intersection of audio and social culture through new product bets

- Defining clear success metrics to understand how sharing drives acquisition, engagement, and retention

- Building strong relationships with external platform partners to unlock new integrations and experiences

- Collaborating with Business Development and cross-functional teams to translate partnerships into meaningful product outcomes

- Leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, data, and research, creating clarity and momentum

- Bringing forward new ideas on how AI can enhance sharing experiences, from personalization to content creation

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product management experience working on consumer-facing products at scale, understanding how content spreads online and having a strong perspective on social platforms and digital culture. They should also have experience building or contributing to growth loops, sharing features, or social-driven products.
