## Description

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations to join our Revenue Operations team at Pleo. In this role, you'll help build the technical and operational infrastructure that enables Pleo's revenue organisation to scale.

As a Technical Program Manager, Revenue Operations, you will:

- Lead complex technical programs across the revenue technology ecosystem

- Translate requirements bidirectionally between business stakeholders and technical teams

- Drive revenue systems and CRM initiatives

- Identify and eliminate technical and operational debt

- Champion modern automation and AI-enabled RevOps capabilities

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

- 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience

- A strong understanding of the SDLC and revenue mechanics

- System architecture fluency

- Exceptional stakeholder management and influence

- Experience with HubSpot or another enterprise CRM, modern data warehouses, CPQ/billing tools, or integration middleware

In your first 6 months at Pleo, you'll:

- Map Pleo's revenue systems landscape, data flows, and sources of truth

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and commercial leaders to streamline requirements gathering, UAT, and release governance

- Grow your skills in scaling cutting-edge RevOps infrastructure
