As an Imaging Coordinator, you will play a key leadership role in supporting department operations, guiding frontline caregivers, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and excellence.

In this position, you will partner closely with department leadership to coordinate daily operations, optimize workflows, and ensure outstanding patient and caregiver experiences.

You will serve as a mentor, coach, and resource for imaging teams while helping drive operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, staff development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead and coordinate daily activities for imaging teams to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

- Support caregiver engagement, training, mentoring, and professional development.

- Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and service excellence.

- Collaborate with leaders to improve workflows, staffing, productivity, and operational performance.

- Help ensure compliance with organizational policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Serve as a trusted resource for caregivers, helping teams navigate challenges and achieve department goals.

**Essential Functions**

- Ensures patient, caregiver, and guest safety and satisfaction in accordance with existing principles and standards.

- Ensures provision of high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging services in an operationally effective and efficient manner.

- Promotes caregiver engagement and team initiatives.

- Maintains positive relationships within the department and facility including other departments, Radiologists, referring physicians, and customers.

**Requirements**

- Professional Clinical Certification/Registration, i.e.; ARRT, ARDMS, etc.

- Current state Rad Tech License (if required for clinical discipline)

- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

- Demonstrated imaging technologist experience

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Five years of imaging experience.

- Two years of leadership experience.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
