## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and support during the busy Christmas period.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays from 13:00-17:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing five-star service to customers at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a team to drive sales growth

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
