## Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in New Outlet Acquisition & Activation. As a key player, you will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and opening new mass HORECA outlets within your assigned territory.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prospect, identify, and open new mass HORECA outlets within your assigned territory

- Drive horizontal expansion through continuous new customer recruitment

- Ensure new outlets are properly onboarded and buy directly from the official distributor

- Clearly communicate the benefits of buying directly, including availability, service, and reliability

- Support first orders and initial activation of newly opened outlets

- Build strong first relationships with outlet owners and decision-makers

- Systematically cover your territory and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects

- Work closely with other sales roles to ensure smooth handover and sales sustainability

- Track and report daily field activities, new openings, and market feedback

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree

- Fresh graduate or up to 0–2 years of experience

- Field sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage, not a requirement

- Travel 10-20%
