## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Teeside Park, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're looking for down-to-earth colleagues who thrive under pressure, deliver five-star service at pace, and embrace the transformation we're driving.

You'll work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 18:00 to 00:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver remarkable service to make customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products

- Thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp and focused during busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
