## Description

Richemont, one of the world's leading luxury goods companies, is seeking a Regional Controller to join its Regional Finance team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management of APAC business units, focusing on annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. They will provide commercial decision support, manage investment requests, and oversee cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor business trends across markets and analyze cost and project planning deviations

- Drive insightful analysis to enable strategic and operational decisions

- Develop templates for monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budget consolidation

- Automate processes and reports to improve efficiency

- Ensure alignment of budgets, forecasts, and 3-Year Plans with business strategies

- Instill and monitor financial discipline within the organization

- Work on ad-hoc projects to improve functional efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

- University degree from a reputable tertiary educational institute

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A

- Experience in a matrix organization and the retail industry is highly valued

- Strong technical skills in managing complex data and building templates for reporting and consolidation

- Highly process-driven, systematic approach, and excellent communication and presentation skills

- High learning agility and ability to deliver in fast-changing market conditions

- Strong stakeholder management capabilities with a collaborative mindset
