## Description

This role is responsible for providing technical systems management support in the creation and delivery of complex technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs.

The role plays a vital role in configuring systems, diagnosing issues, and monitoring performance, thereby supporting in shaping technical direction and strategies both with the organization and for the clients.

**Responsibilities**

- Utilizes the understanding of organization's technologies to offer technical systems management support and contribute to intricate technical designs that align with customer requirements.

- Supports in configuring systems, diagnosing system issues, monitoring performance, and contributing to technical solutions for customer environments.

- Collaborates under the guidance of a technical lead and in conjunction with customer-designated representatives to achieve assigned objectives.

- Engages actively as a team member, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike, all while comprehending the organization's strategic direction and the application of knowledge tools.

- Involves themselves in a selected technical community or profession, regularly attending relevant professional or interest-focused events.

- Gathers, documents, and helps form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements.

- Assists in the technical scoping of engagements and works with practice principals to determine the duration of effort.

- Assists in the validation of information systems to meet technical requirements and specifications.

- Applies foundational principles and contributes proactively to projects through research and data analysis support, providing regular updates on accomplishments and impediments.

- Supports priority projects with direction, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing information via standardized reports.

**Education & Experience Recommended**

- Four-year Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

- Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field.
