## Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work

- Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables

- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues

- Communicate project status and progress to clients and stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

### Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the video game or localization industry

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software

- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus
